The floor guy was very respectful as well as helpful in helping me pick out some incense. The guy behind the counter was kind of rude, this is the second time I get an attitude and bad service from the counter guy. The shop itself is amazing & spacious, with plenty of smoker goods though. A sort of paradise for any pair of eyes. I'll be returning, hopefully to some better customer service from the people behind the counter.

Been coming here of couple of years now for Subzero e-juice. Best prices in Queens! Ask for Shishi! He's always takes care of you with the best service!! And always keeps his word!! If they don't have it he'll get it!!

Very excellent store they are really good In service for cigars and many other things . Best store in Astoria . But don’t visit in day time because the morning man is not experienced and he is little rude to customers try to visit in evening time n look for white guy he is very experienced in All products . Great place with good prices and Shishir and Rhim were very helpful and offer good deals and warranty on any pen or vape that you buy. Again Shishir and Rhim was very helpful and knowledgeable.

What a shame. Looked around the humidors. Beautiful padrons cracked everything is dry. Waited a while to be taken care of. Got my cigar a my father the judge looked it over and it was all cracked. Need some humidification in the cases or just leave it to the pros. Stick to your bongs.
