Boris is awesome and very knowledgeable. My dad quit smoking after he was smoking since he was 9 years old and my husband quit smoking as well. Awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend people to go there.

I ised to like it more, but I spent around 150 dollars on stuff and realized when i left one of the bottles of juice was not the flavor i thought. The next day went back to exchange it not even get my money back and the european guy made me seem like I was out of line for the request so bad customer interaction that turned me off of the whole place.

I'm not a heavy vapor, they had what obscure item I was looking for and I was ghost...customer service was aight, he was knowledgeable about the technical aspects of a pen.

If you want to pay almost double the cost that you should and get an attitude every time you visit, then this is the place for you. Seriously, don't pay that kind of upcharge just to cover this garbage stores overhead costs. Half the stuff in this place is from a Chinese website- DHgate, except the prices are sky high. Avoid at all costs, buy online.

This was my first time going to this place, at the beginning the tall blonde guy that works there was very helpful I spend 120 dollars the first time, I go to back to buy a charger 2 days later for my batteries he had told me it would be 20 bucks and tries charging me 27 dollars I paid 22 for the charger I get home and it's broken, I go back today to exchange it and when he comes out from the back I say hello, and he never says anything it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I will never go back there again or recommend this place to anyone. If I'm giving you my business theres absolutely no need for someone to be so rude.
