I once waited 20 minutes to get help from the sole staff member while he was chatting away with another "customer," less than ten feet away from me, who had not even purchased anything. Completely ignored, and when they were finally done talking about their trucks and vaping, the customer then decided to buy something, which took another ten minutes. By this time two other people came in and the staff member did not seem to be in any rush to help anyone. No apology for the wait either. It took me less than 2 minutes to make my purchase. The service here is not always bad, but for the most part it is. Besides that they are so expensive. My usual purchase from Cloud 9 was about 50-60 dollars for a pack of coils and a 60 ml bottle. At the place I frequent now, I get the same for half that price AND I get great, prompt, and informative service.

Great customer service, Helped me pick out exactly what I needed without trying to get me to buy anything extra. Good selection of vapes/tanks, and a huge variety of juices to choose from, definitely coming back again, very happy with the smok devilkin and Grind juice I purchased from them

Says open till 10pm just went at 8:30 pm lights and tv were on but door was locked.... went to good guy vapor instead
