DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They sold my wife the most expensive battery they had, telling her it’s better than any other product, lasts longer and won’t destroy cartridges. 4 weeks later it doesn’t work and they say, that’s because you charged it too much. Total Rip Off and horrible service. STAY AWAY

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal customer for a little over a year. This place was good and convenient. Now I walked yesterday and asked for some coils for my vape. The guy behind the counter (hat with a beard) recommended a certain type based on the vape I had. I had asked if there was ones with higher watts and he said my vape can't handle more watts. So I decided to take him at his words. Went back to work and put one in my vape. At first no vape was coming through and after a few tries very little came out. So I took out the coils and tried to reset it to see if maybe I put it in wrong, nothing changed. After trying this one more time, I gave up. I had to go the rest of my day without being able to vape. Next day, (today) I walked into the same store and the same guy behind the counter (hat with a beard) and asked him if he remembered me and he said yea. Well I went on to explain everything and showed him that no vape was coming through and asked him if I can exchange it for the ones with higher watts. He explained to me that he is not allowed to exchange for government laws that don't allow him to resale open coils. Then I told him, well could you do it for me since you recommended these when I asked for a higher watt coil. He said no but he could give me a 20% discount on new ones. I told him if you would have just given me what i asked for I would have wasted my money in the first place and now you can't do anything by give me a 20% discount. He replied yea. I told him, if I had asked for these lower watt coils, and this happened, I would understand you not giving me an exchange, but you talked me into buying these and now they don't work and you can't exchange them? He pretty much shrugged his shoulders and I told him if that is the case, I will take my business else where and to have a nice day. He just didn't care. I then drove over to a place someone recommended and told the guy behind the counter what had happened. He offered me a discount since I wasted my money at another vape shop. Long story short Vape Beast lost a customer and got a bad review. Good Guy Vapes got a loyal customer.
