Very disappointed in the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the two young guys working here. I also look young for my age, so I always have my ID ready. First thing they asked when I walked in was to see my ID, so I showed them. They said I'm good and I put my ID back in my wallet. Before I could put my wallet back in my pocket, one of the guys took my entire wallet out of my hand and started digging for my ID himself. I've never had someone who checks ID take my wallet out of my hand, but it got even worse. You can clearly see my ID through the plastic in my wallet, but he tried ripping it out and broke my wallet. He offered to get tape from the back to fix it, but instead brought a stapler which wouldn't have worked because it would close off the openings to actually put my ID and other cards back into my wallet. I told him I'd fix it myself at home and was hoping for a discount or something for my troubles, but to no avail. Once I was ready to make a purchase, these guys did not have useful information about the flavors I was deciding between. I'm not sure if all of these reviews here are fake posts by their friends, but they did not seem knowledgeable at all about their products compared to my usual shops. I lost all trust in these guys and will not be returning or recommending to friends.

This place has a great selection, great prices, and nice atmosphere. The employees are also very nice, and helpful. I will definitely be back!
