Edited on 4/5/19* I sure miss everyone back home, and am deeply sorry for all of the inconveniences incurred at the shop since I left! Hang tight, and I will do my best to get things running smoothly again! This has been the best 4 years I've ever had working for customers! I am so thankful for the opportunity I had and it was an honor to be able to help everyone that came through our doors! Please continue to get your everyday need here! Edited 8/19/20 I’m home it’s 11am and the shop is closed!! What’s going on!?

Great shop, young woman always helps me out, no matter whether it’s for a pipe or for a vape, she’s always answering all questions and going above and beyond. On that note i don’t get how people don’t understand the shop is ran by one person at a time and that it will be closed sometimes as you know human beings even while at work still need to eat and use the bathroom. I know both of the employees there and they both are wonderful when treated with common respect, I’ve noticed a lot of people seem entitled to respect when not giving any, this white woman came in screaming about how the cashier had closed for half an hour to eat lunch and how unprofessional it was, the cashier responded I work legal 10 hour days and am entitled to breaks under state law. I mean the audacity of some people. Get yourselves in check because the way these employees have been treated by people is absolutely horrendous.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so pleased with the service I had to!! I just moved into Hoboken, the shop is so conveniently placed right outside the train station. The lovely lady, I think her name is Erica, helped me choose an alternative to cigarettes on top of sharing her extensive knowledge on the products she showed me. The store has a wide array of products, literally everything !!!! It’s a nice fresh breath of air when the employees are so genuinely polite And helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending all my coworkers! Thank you Erica!

The customer service is amazing and very helpful. Many shops I’ve visited lie to you but here they try to help and don’t mind answering questions. Courtesy goes a long way and these people here know that.
