I adore this store! I will travel way out of my way just to come here!! The owner couldn’t be any nicer and always goes out of his way to make the customer happy. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as well. With the rewards program and the 50% off every 3rd visit, you can’t beat the prices....or the flavor variety. I highly recommend this store over all the rest! Love u guys!

K sooo this is my top vape shop🥇🏆🥇and the Emmy the Golden Globe the Oscar goes to Gorillaaaa Vapes😁. You see I didn't always have a favourite vape shop locally as I tried to spread myself around and give all a bit of my business. But when employee's literally go out of their way to help you even with the smallest of things it makes quite a big difference to me. And so in a nutshell there customer service is most excellent, truly. Stop by & go experience it for yourself👍🏻. They also have a plethora of various unique exotic sweet Tangy citrusy fruity Minty vape juices and so on... flavoured Vape juices that you can try right at their cozy Vape bar. They have a lot of nice mods too and their prices are fair in comparable to other vape shops around. So number one the customer service Rock as I'm just blown away every time I go in there. I've been to a lot of places where customer service is so not good for whatever reason. But Gorilla is not one of those places. Management and the Frontline workers really understand just how vital good customer service & care is. Everyone that works there is always friendly and helpful and talkative and greets you. Did I mention they greet you as in saying a simple "Hello?" Sadly, unfortunately not a lot of places do this anymore, and it is of 911 urgency to a customer. The Greeting is so vital because it can determine whether a customer feels truly welcome in your store or not. Later determining whether they will return?🙄 Gorilla family employees greet you when you come and tell you goodbye as you go. And Converse with you while you're in the store having your experience. It's truly Super cool! It offers a feeling of importance and Welcoming. It makes a difference to customers when they feel welcome. On rare occasions when the employees are very busy people get sidetracked naturally and may not always be able to shout out goodbye or see you next time or thank you for coming in and so on... But even when super busy I haven't had this experience at Gorilla! There's always kind words of helpful assistance and gratitude put out🎉. So overall for the greeting alone I give a 5 STAR RATING🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Again, their Vape bar is stocked fully with a huge messes, arrays & quantity of different flavours from A to Z that you can try before purchasing. And thirdly, they have very fair prices...and you get these awesome points too. It's kind of like a little surprise for me personally😉. Sometimes I go in to get what I need and they're like "oh you get that free today or you get $8 off of such and such"..(it's a point system not sure how it works but it's another super cool plus and it's a really nice surprise🎈. One month I was down to my last $10 and it was the end of the month which can be hard sometimes, not complaining just speaking some truth...and I needed Vape juice Point Blank! And despite me only having $10 left, that was my priority=Vape juice. I'm single and don't have kids so it can be my priority😀. So I went in to get a small bottle of "Teed Off" -(which is incredible by the way if you like fruit.. it's like a sweet creamy Mango flavoured vape). So anyhoopz it came up as "FREE" when they went to ring it up and I was singing a cool hallelujah while thinking how nice that was bcuz $10 is $10🤗. So you get REWARD$ Folks🤑. Also you know a company store or shop is righteous when you leave there happier than when you went in😄. Lastly, they also sell some really good CBD products. I bought the Citrus CBD vape oil at Gorilla and it's been most excellent in helping to relieve ptsd anxiety attacks that I fight🥊. So all in all if you're not going to Gorilla Vapes you're really missing out on a bunch of positive aspects along with great vibes and the most amazing and wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond. Ive really grown to love this place. The information and recommendations from the staff are usually great. They have a large selection vape pens, mods, tanks and know what they sell. They have a large sellection use, alot is average quality but every now and then i find something great. Best of all they always have promotions and deals going on.
