GOod hours, no nonsense sales people, I think they over price a bit and they do not sell single coils, only in packs of 5.

FRAUD ALERT! REPORTED TO BBB This store has been reported to the BBB for their inappropriate business practices and procedures. Refused to return a product that was unused. Even though their own policies posted in the store state simply "No Returns on Used Items". They changed the rules on the spot to say, we only do returns on defective products. Simply disgusting business practices, don't let these people rob you blind too. You deserve better than this. Good thing I purchased this with a bank I can get my money back from. They will continue to fight with the vendor on this issue. Stay away from the woman named Heather as well and her mysterious supervisor, Tim. Very rude and inappropriate business. @E-cigs Manager in Response: Thanks for reaching out to me. I actually didn't use your product. When Heather sold me the device, I complained before I bought it as to why they were giving me a display. It was unwrapped with ANY plastic and could have been used as demos in your store. She tried to assure me this was not the case and quickly hide the box behind the counter to pack up the mod box. I did not have batteries for the unit and order THAT online Sir. Your batteries are just highway robbery compared to online. The batteries took a week to come in, and once I powered on the unit it seemed like a knock off brand. I didn't even have a tank.That's why I wanted a refund. Not because I'm a scammer or used a display model. But maybe it's just the store may find prejudice with certain "kinds" of people here. After reading some of your more critical comments, it seems you are quite wary of customers who don't anty up or just want to look around. Smelly employees don't leave a good look either. Apparently from one user you failed to respond to. I'd hate to know what you your staff member was smelling like.... #bewareconsumers
