Expensive and they sell and repackage used and returned products. Edit: emailed to resolve issue. Nearly 10 days later and no reply. It is best to avoid this place!

In a world where I can find anything I want on the internet, this place makes shopping in person great. The staff knows how to answer what questions you're going to ask, and how to get you the vape experience you want. I've been there as a newbie to vaping in general right after they opened, and got led through the entire process of what I should do. I just went there Wednesday asking for a nic salt juice menthol with low nic content and fruity overtones and got a great, quick answer with multiple options and the staff's personal opinion. Fantastic!

I was a pack a day smoker for well over 15 years. On December 18th I visited the store and haven't touched a cigarette since. The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!!! They are all extremely knowledgeable and take the time to help you with your needs. If I could give 100 stars I would.
