Jeff was a great service provider. I had stopped vaping for half a year due to either an illness or an adverse reaction to the penguin I was using or the menthol juice, so I had my trepidations to returning to the vape life, but he spent more than an hour and a half showing me the different salt based flavors that would be at my disposal should I choose to try a different model. He wasn't pushy in the slightest and fully informed me to the differences in each salt based model that would satisfy my nicotine urges. He even held my best interest at heart in easing back into vaping as to not have a mal-experience upon using a new product. I will definitely be returning to the Bergenfield store for not only beyond excellent service but prices as well. I looked up price for price after leaving for my specific model and found a minuscule price difference. You can't beat the in-person service with a price. TL:DR Bought a minifit after superb service and product guidance with both machines and juices. Would recommend to anyone looking to shift off cigarettes.

The guys that work there are extremely nice and helpful. The prices are low and they have a pretty decent selection of mods, juices, coil, etc.

I love that you can try the juices before you buy them. Been to five different vape/smoke shops, and they are the only ones I've seen offering this. Which is awesome considering the number of juices available can be overwhelming. Def worth the drive bc they actually have plenty of stock..juices, mods, tanks, coils. And were very helpful w choosing a mod and showing me how to prime the coils.
