Had a very pleasant visit today. Lizzy in Nashua was very helpful. Sends great vibes and clearly loves her job. Been recommending smokers haven since the one in Manchester opened. Since I moved out this way I will enjoy coming back to this location.

I had such a wonderful experience!! The products are fabulous, but it was the staff that truly made the atmosphere of the business so enticing. Lizzy was absolutely AMAZING!! So friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!! I will definitely be back—5 Stars, and Two Thumbs Up.

Smokers Haven on 433 Amherst St
Out of the three locations near me, this is my favorite location. I've found the staff duty particularly more attentive, and us able to help more readily. While I'm quite certain that the staff in Manchester is equally informed, and educated, it's the availability and eagerness to help their customers, that sets this location apart. The plaza in which they reside leaves a little bit to be desired. One has to be doing 35 as they leave the parking lot, or risk being run over on Amherst Street. Additionally, if you come off of the highway, and are looking to get back onto the highway, you have to go up and make a u-turn, to head in the right direction. That, is literally the only thing that I can pick on, and that's why Smokers Haven of Nashua gets 5 stars from me!

I love it here, great environment, great selection of products , extremely helpful staff. Lizzie at the Nashua location was incredibly kind and helpful. She educated me on several products and suggested alternative products when I couldn't find something. I will absolutely return thanks to the warm inviting atmosphere provided by the staff
