East Coast Vape on 1405 Mountain Rd

Used to be my go to but then there was a large staff change and the store went way down hill. **Update** The staff is useless. Bought gear online and when I picked it up I asked for help setting it up. Guy just shrugged and said he had no idea. Took the gear I bought on sale to VapeCity in Dieppe and the sales clerk took half an hour out of his day to show me how to set it up even though I didn't buy it from him. Skip East Coast Vape and go to VapeCity they actually know what they're talking about. They also close between 2pm-3pm but don't post it anywhere except a sheet of paper taped to the window.

I used to like going here but the place is not very good anymore. One afternoon I went in to buy some juice and waited patiently while another gentleman was being served (I go once a week to get some juice). After he was done being served, I bought 8 bottles and left (after talking with the gentleman and the balding employee for a bit). When I checked my online banking, I was overcharged $11. I wasn't given a receipt so I let it go. Strike one! I went back the following week to get some juice. Upon returning, the balding employee asked me (in a cumbersome way) if I had seen some tank that he had on display when I was there as it was missing! Basically he called me a thief so I told him to look at the surveillance as I had nothing to hide. He seemed very reluctant to check it which seems shifty to me. I bought some juice (which he tried to overcharge me by at least 10 bucks again!), paid and left after. Strike two! A week later I went back to get some juice and he told me that "Although I like your company, you should order a big bottle so you don't have to be hassled to come in as often". I only went once a week to get juice! I bought some juice and left (again after correcting the amount). Strike three you are out! I am never setting a foot in this place again.

Person behind counter had zero knowledge of products and didnt seem to want to be there. Only place in town who carries the wasp nano so i gave them an extra star for that.

Horrible experience, i've been ordering online for years. My order wasn't being received after two weeks. I was talking to Ryan to try and clarify were the order went wrong. He said it wasn't there fault, he said to me" i just think it was because you're an idiot" That's pretty horrible customer service. They'll never get a dime of my money, that's for sure.
