I have placed several orders through Vape Society Supply, and absolutely love doing business with the. My orders have always been processed promptly, and have arrived within a week. I recently had an issue with ordering (on my end, not Vape Society Supply's fault in any way whatsoever) . I spoke with Jennifer on the phone, and she was able to fix my issue within just a minute or two. I am super pleased with the customer service, and have loved the products provided, as well as the prices on their site. I urge anyone and everyone to order through Vape Society Supply. You will most certainly be in great hands!

I placed an order over a week ago with Vape Society Supplies. I received the order promptly and fast. It arrived within 2 days which is pretty good. I purchased 3 (120ml) bottles of Lost Art brand liquid. I have an issue with 2 of the bottles which arrived without a seal and not mixed properly. The other bottle was fine and without issue. I called the company's supposed customer service team and sent pictures to back my claim and was informed that she would send the photos to upper management and they should replace everything without issue. Now fast forward a week and no response to emails, no return calls, nothing. They have magically disappeared and refuse to get back with me in regards to anything. Very disappointing company to deal with and after my 10 plus orders with their company I will never use them again. I will be disputing these charges with my card issuer as this is the only way to get any help. Avoid this company at all costs.

So they took 5 days to ship my order.. I was quite angry. Than the manager called me to make things right. She told me that they were moving to a bigger warehouse and they should have told their customer and that she was sorry about this. I'm just happy they communicated with me, made things right and apologized for the delay. I received my order and I'm pleased with it. I also told her what I wanted to order next and she guaranteed me I'd get it on time. So I'll try it again this week :) I'll update this post if it's wrong, but I'm pretty confident in them now.

Jennifer with Customer Service was awesome when I had a recent issue with my shipment. I have been ordering for months from Vape Society and have had only one problem that was resolved, thanks to Jennifer's help. After some issues with my order most likely due them moving. They went above and beyond to make everything right. They refunded me all my money and still sent out the products. I'm very happy with the results. They have amazing customer service.
