Fairly new to the vaping thing but figured I would swing by and check out the place near my house. Walked in and a girl in her mid-20s asked what I needed. I was just looking to sample some flavors and figured I'd be able to have a conversation with someone about looking to upgrade my fairly simple mod. But, instead, I was told "the samples are over there" and sent to the corner of the store to sample for myself. Bunch of tanks with numbers on them, no question about what I was interested in. There was a large menu next to it with arrows pointing to different things where numbers had been changed... but honestly, it was a pretty underwhelming experience. Especially since I was the only one in the store. After a few minutes of figuring out what was what and sampling five or six flavors, a guy came over to me and leaned against the back counter, asking if I needed anything... though the lack of eye contact was fantastic since he was staring into his phone the entire time. Told him I liked one of the flavors, we walked to the register and he rang me up. They've got a really large selection of flavors at what I would consider market prices. Aesthetically pleasing on the inside of the store, honestly and it could really be a great place to shop... but sadly I don't think I'll be returning unless customer service and interest in people's needs improves. I almost felt like I was bothering the staff by being in the store.

Walked up at about 9:30 am because the hours posted online said they were open at 9. Gentleman inside the store pointed at a paper sign that said they opened at 10. Then called the phone number to see if i was in the right place and i watched him pick up the phone and hang up on me. The professionalism at this place is so poor and with the saturation of vape stores in the area I dont know how they will stay in business. Also it looks like they have renamed themselves as ohms 2 vapor just fyi.
