Make sure you know they’re online pricing before walking in there. They said a product’s price wasn’t listed online (even though it was) and over charged me $10 for it because I didn’t take the time to look up the price of the item I was purchasing online. Good products, but you can get better prices elsewhere.

I’m in the military and I did not want to smoke cigarettes or anything else harmful so I began to look into vapes. I bought a vape from this store 3-4 days ago. When I got it from Geo, it had scrub marks on the bottom as well as little dents on the sides. It was the X Priv baby metallic so fingerprints were all over it and I didn’t notice this until I wiped away the finger prints.Went in for a replacement and was told by the store manager Nani (or however you spell it) that I would have to buy a WHOLE NEW ONE.I didn’t even want a refund just the same vape except actually new. Do not go here for your products. I’ve reached out to Jenny the store owner who has not returned a phone call or en email. I am also inserting pictures here. This is sad and angering that this is what my first experience was at this store. If you go to UNLV do not go here just because it’s across the road. Find another one.

They were all kind but more into having conversations with each otger than with me and my other half. Then i gave them money to pay and i didnt get my change back. And then when we asked if they could change my coil they never told us a cost and just said sure. Did the change while talking to each other. When they were done we asked for our change and they only gave us back $2 when we expected $10. Then we kept asking where our mod went. And they didnt even know. We just left and i am frustrated with the customer service. The only good thing was the juice selection.
