The best way to quit smoking, finally I did it. They have a great selection of flavors and beautiful products. Customer service a 10, I am a loyal customer.

If you buy anything here don't expect any customer service if they sell you a defective product. They won't help you! They just say he can't lose money and it's your problem. I will NEVER be back to that store! High prices and no customer service. Beware of the garbage they sell you for high dollar! I was never offered a refund. He wouldn't even just do an exchange. Didn't want to solve the problem because he didn't sell me the mod. Ended up having to walk out because would not resolve the issue lying about trying six different batteries. And lying about giving me a refund which I would have gladly taken. It's funny how every other battery I have works perfectly fine.

This place has been my go to place. customer service is out of this world. I've seen people with mods that they obviously broke , get their money back. I'd never suggest anywhere else!

This guy is awesome! I came in last time (couple weeks ago) with some unique coil concerns, bought some similar coils, but they worked out "okay". So i came back again today, and dude remembered my concerns last time he was restocking his inventory, asked his distributor about it and got specific technical info, and figured it out, on my behalf! I am so grateful & a permanent customer!

Love this place. I could go to any other vape shop in town but I always choose Vapor O Rise bc of the great quality of their oils and they have nice top of the line vape equipment. The guys who work there are always helpful too!
