Not only are Danielle and Will two of the best people ive met in my life, they are genuinely great at what they do. They are very informative and walk you through absolutely everything whether your experienced and looking for a specific flavor they will find or create it for you. They know all the specs of all the mods and tanks and leaves it to you to figure out what best fits your needs and price point. The juices here are high quality and very affordable and they have a wide variety of flavors whether its their own juice or some of the popular brands that they also carry. Oh and I also appreciate that they will be brutally honest about their products how some might suck but theyre popular or how a company may have started great but gradually stopped creating quality products.

I've been going to Sin City Vapor for years. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm surprised to see so many reviews that report otherwise. Their products are high quality and fairly priced. You can go to another vape shop, but you won't find a better vape shop.

I love Sin City Vapor, don't get me wrong, but the man who worked this evening is so bad for biz. Everytime I have come in while he is on duty I am treated like a piece of trash esp when I ask a question. I have been coming to this establishment for almost 2 years and I am appalled he still works there. The ft Apache location is right down the street from my house but I will no longer be coming to that store as long as he works there. All the other employees at the other locations have treated me with respect. I am so disappointed with my experience.

Rude employee. Only wants to sale the most expensive stuff, refuses to answer questions or help teach someone new to vaping. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Young girl behind the counter was rude and seemed as if she didn't want to be there. I asked a question about a coil for my tank and she rwsponded as if she had no clue as to what the product was. Ordered some juice which she made in the back and decided to buy more. The fact that I'm wanting to buy more product from you is a good thing I would think but when I told her I wanted to order more she made a comment stating that if I told her the first time around she would of made all my juice at the same time. The fact that she had to go in back and make more juice passed her off. Really? I'm spending more money and your mad about that? Anyway her attitude is horrible and Sin City lost a few customers for that terrible service alone. Just an FYI the juice she made was awful. I've been buying juice from you guys for awhile now and I really enjoy your product however this time it was tossed in the garbage.
