I love this place! Great attitude combined with a nice atmosphere makes for a pleasant shopping experience. I met with the owner and she's extremely knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. I'm trying to quit smoking and she let me down the path to success! Thank you so much!!!

Normally a pink spot customer but moved to this neighborhood making seven vapor the closest vape shop to me. Been there a number of times but first purchase, long wait as there is only ever 1 person working and on occasion they make the ejuice to order. First order was great. Went back for 2nd purchase and got gummi bear flavored ejuice. Went home tried it and it didnt taste like anything let alone gummi bears. i could taste straight through any "flavors" and only taste chemicals. Thought it was me at first then i remember ive been through this with old juice before. So i checked the bottle and the juice was made 8 months ago. Now i know the "typical" response is that ejuice can be good for up to 2 years but that is in ideal conditions. This was 8 month old rubbish. I went in and said i needed help with a possible exchange and was told only the owners can do exchanges. I said ok but maybe you can help with this small issue. I explained my issue with the juice and asked if an exchange or replacement were possible and the guy could not help and further explanined ejuice cannot be exchanged. Ok...i guess. But i did not receive what i ordered in the first place, there was zero flavor here. The small 12 mil bottle was half empty and i offered to pay 3.50 for a replacement bottle of ejuice. No go, was only offered to sell me discount juice from the basket. Soooo.....7 dollar bottle of old tasteless ejuice and no reasonable process in place to settle my complaint. They have a very nice rewards system so i know every element of the transaction in question can be verified. It was just a couple days later. I understand employees have restrictions so i shly wondered aloud if maybe he could call tim or kim and get auth on this. No go. So i ended up having to go back to pink spot which is fine by me. In 5 years vaping ive never had any quaility or customer service issues there. EDIT: increased star rating due to owner taking time to reply. But i must be clear that the ejuice came from the back room not a basket out front. Unless some slight of hand took place.

The owner there is amazing she helped me out with everything, she knows her product if you are new to this vape thing she will show you everything and not rip you off, like most vape shops will. I Will be supporting this shop over all for the fact her story behind running it is amazing.
