The prices are GREAT, better than most places that I've been to. The staff is awesome and very helpful if you are not sure what you are looking for. Very knowledgeable about the mods and accessories and what flavors you might like if you give them enough description about your taste buds. Also you can get a tasting card and taste some flavors if you are not sure! Awesome service! Keep it up!

They always treat me with respect. My business is appreciated/wanted. My satisfaction is important. I only wish they offered more discounts &/or coupons. They had more specials before the laws changed and they had to have everything prepackaged instead of mixing to order. I haven't seen any specials since. It would be cool if they did like a flavor of the week/month/day or something and offered it half price, &/or had a punch card where on a specific number of purchases you earned a freebie, &/or used "FiveStar" keytag/ app or "Keyring" app or some other digital/ app rewards program, &/or used text/ email/ snail mail to send digital/coupons weekly, &/or gave free 15mL samples of flavors that aren't selling well (or for $1.00 if they're required to charge something).
