They were extremely nice and helpful. I'm trying to quit smoking and they were able to point me in the right direction. What I like most was I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale. He knew the product and what was going to help me the best.

Was in from out of town and just stopped in to check the place out. I'm new to the whole vaping scene and needed coils for my Aspire Nautilus. Picked some up here, get home and decide to check if the coils are authentic on the website due to some leaking issues. To my disappointment they are not authentic! Just a word of caution-

I have been a customer of L&L since they opened their doors. I adore Lisa & Laura.. They go above and beyond to make sure you are always satisfied. They want their customers to succeed at quitting a bad habit, & help to make sure you find what works for you. They know their customers by name. I literally can't say enough great things and all they hv done for us from special ordering products to the smallest of gestures. They ensure you are happy no matter what. Each time I go in, I am treated well I bought my vape from here 2 years ago and it still works perfectly. I have not experienced any issues with customer service yet and hope not to.

Used to love this place. The ladies always treated us well. Last time I ran into a couple young dudes who seemed very annoyed to have to stop whatever I had interrupted and help me. They sold me a single 'top of the line' battery (18650, I asked for their best) for $15 (ouch!!) and refused to exchange it the next day when it wouldn't perform even as well as the two year old batteries I was replacing. I'm an Electrical Engineer and have since given the cell a battery of tests in my home lab (like what I did there?) and can say the cell did not even approach the specs on the label. It would not source even 7A peak, let alone the 30A on the label. Peak output 6.71A, measured. Useless for me. Likely counterfeit, or false advertising at best. Shop here if you want to buy broken junk that they will not make good on. They would rather lose you as a customer than lose $5 replacing a junk battery.

I went in and bought a mod for $80. I later found out that not only did my friend get it from the exact same location for a cheaper price but the magnets popped out after barely a month of use. When I went in to have the issue resolved not only did they refuse to exchange it, but they tried to fix it with super glue. I could've done that at home. They also refused to refund me. When I told THE OWNER politely as possible that I simply wouldn't be coming back she very snidely replied "well thanks for letting us spend all that time helping you" worst vape store ever. Best of Omaha my foot. I'll be sticking with Catapillar vapes. Best store around and they're always extremely helpful and polite.

This place is a complete rip off. Their juice is too expensive and they screw over new users on mods. I bought a mod from them for a hundred bucks and found out later that it sells for around fourty on the internet and even though ther vape stores here in town are selling the same one for fifty bucks. This place is a rip off

Their juice selection is garbage. Bought juice from them one time that tasted nothing like the sample. It tasted like it had been sitting on the shelf for way to long.
