Awesome environment! The staff is super nice and helpful. They really go the extra mile to make it as pleasant and helpful as possible. My only complaint is that there's not a lot of parking, but that's not the fault of Gen V. Their rewards program is great, and they often have really good deals.

If you're looking for a place where customer service matters this is the place to go! The managers are beyond amazing!!!!!! I have had some issues with my vape and every time I go there are more than willing to help me and fix whatever problem I have! AMAZING HOUSE JUICE! They sell gift cards too! LOVE THIS PLACE! BEST VAPE SHOP IN LINCOLN!
