I absolutely love coming here! They are so helpful, kind, and friendly. The people who work here are well knowledgeable about e-cigarettes and juice, they have never failed to answer a question or walk me through something. Catherine, Adam, and Alex are awesome! Highly recommend.

Surprised at how many people say the staff is friendly. Each time I’ve gone it’s the same guy with zero customer service skills. He makes you feel dumb for not knowing what things are and what they’re called, too.
