I tried three other smoke shops, and in each case, the proprietor new nothing or very little about vaping and the equipment used. Mark was the first retailer I met who had any idea of what he was talking about. I am grateful to have met him and will return to his shop soon.

Super nice, and extremely helpful. They where actually out of stock on the mod I wanted, so they called the other store and the boss brought new stock right over within an hour. That is customer service. They guy behind the counter was very helpful and professional, he tried to get me exactly what I I wanted, while giving me as much info as he could. Excellent.
