God awful experience, never have anything in stock! Like always out of stuff like get it together your a vape shop. Never coming back to this location again.

went in and I'm pretty new to this whole thing and guy made me and my friend super uncomfortable. Tried to ask for a suggestion cause I hadn't bought juice before and he said 'well I don't know anything because everyone is different' then just didn't speak to me after.

Cloned juices. Have lots of proof of this, also. We posted a previous review but it was deleted. They have good customer service, but selling fake Naked juices is a huge downer!

You're gonna get better customer service buying online then you will bothering these guys in their store !! There wasn't a soul in the store when I walked in, the guy was playing on his phone and wasn't real thrilled to answer questions that I had about the devices. Ironically once he finally started to speak to me with more then yes or no answers to my questions, he was very knowledgeable about vaping , building coils etc. However, I repeatedly stated that I had zero interest in building my own coils or clouding etc., I was strictly looking for simple devices that were easy to fire , light weight and fit a women's hand better then some of the larger , high wattage devices. I gave him examples of the last 3 devices that I purchased at different Vapor World stores , I even had the latest with me , as informed as he seemed to be about vaping in general it was ridiculous how little product knowledge he had for the devices the store carried . I did go ahead and purchase the device that he recommended , only because I needed some kind of a backup for the ones I have . I was kind of shocked at how small the stores inventory was . I also purchased a couple of batteries while I was there. I thought that all Vapor World stores would have the same prices and same sales etc, I called another store earlier in the day to see if the batteries were still on sale and was told yes, but at this location when the employee rang me up they were full price and he said that he couldn't remember there ever being a promotion on them. I always feel bad if I leave a negative review, but from start to finish there wasn't anything positive about my visit

Not happy with their selection. They promise quality and won't follow up on any failure of the items (three different times) that they've been on fire to sell. No different than your typical used car salesman.

My brother and I just got done with a long drive and he left his coils at home. We were looking for a different place but found this place first just from the street. Really glad we stopped in. The staff was helpful and very accommodating to our needs. Derek was a blast to work with. Really calm, collected, and interested in new juices. After talking, I introduced him to some juice that I had and gave him something new to hopefully introduce to his customers. Really great experience and I hope we have the opportunity to do business with this company again.

They can work a little bit better on their juice, but for the most part everything was really cool they were down to earth people they had a little bit better pricing than most of the other vet vape shops I've known him but they really do show a lot of things that are different

LOVE THIS SHOP!!! Everytime I come in here they always hook me up. Staff is super knowledgeable, I can tell they've been trained well! The store manager is always willing to take his time and make sure I get the right product I want before I leave, I'm super indecisive and have never regreted his suggestions on juice or honestly anything lol. This shop will always be my pick!

Theres only one person that knows anything at this store anymore. It's gotten so bad I've had to find a new store. At least when I go to the cloud the whole staff is knowledgeable about their product. Also I'll take quality over quantity anyday.

Went in asking for 12mg juice. The guy told me I couldn't handle it and refused to sell it to me. I will never be back. It is over prices. I had just enough money to buy it. I will ask I tell everyone I know how they do business. Good luck guys, you are going to need it
