The price mark up would shock you. As an ex employee I could not take working there with the prices and feeling like I was ripping off customers everyday. Vapor shops can’t charge medical markup and get away with it. It’s outrageous and just unfair to the average hardworking individual. The last straw I had was when I found out that the last two employees had quit there and the current employees there were saying that those two had been fired.

Over priced, employees don't know the products they sell, they're only open like 3 days a week now for some reason. I used to just suck it up because the old employees were very knowledgeable...however they told me that they fired them. It kind of left a really bad taste in my mouth because those employees were the only good part about the store to be honest. If I were you'd I'd go elsewhere for your product. If you go to ozark you'll either get the wrong coil or wrong nic level juice. Also the owner of killer clouds is a manager there and he really tries pushing his mediocre juice down your throat. That's a big reason why I 100% never visited the rolla location after my first stop.

The staff really knew their stuff, I think it was Zach and Andy or Andrew ( dude with a Jew fro), always helpful in choosing products. Prices were ridiculous, better off buying online.

I don't know what happened in the last week but went In to get my normal coil like I always do cause they know me by name and have it ready. Went in to not even being acknowledged and told me they didn't carry the coil I was asking for and they never carried it. I told them I have always bought this coil here they told me it had to be somewhere else cause they have never carried it. I felt like they was calling me a liar I will not step foot in that store again.
