The store's staff has changed, and there customer service is top notch now. The Mods are priced fairly, staff is very knowledgeable about the products and will be up front - honest about which one is best for what you are looking for. Tons of juices to choose from, at many different price levels. I don't know where all the bad reviews are coming from -- unless they're old. VM is a legit shop.

They didn’t communicate information about the vape I bought very well, but otherwise they were pretty amazing and have a bunch of flavors to choose from! Even 0 nicotine!

Every time I went into this place I felt like I was intruding on a conversation between the clerk and some of the patrons. They seemed annoyed by my questions regarding certain mods and just seemed to want me out of the store so they can continue to hang out with their friends. Also dude seemed tweaked. Also they are basically doubling the price on some of their vape mods. Just shop around online and do some research on your own. These people won't help you and will stick their nose to the air.
