A bit pricey and the first time I went the employee was a bit rude. Decided to try it again because they were the only ones that had what I needed. (huge selection here) much better experience this time employee was polite and knowledgeable. I will probably use them because they have a very convenient location for me.

Love this shop and I travel a distance to shop there. The selection is vast, almost every brand of juice, battery, tank, accessory. Whatever, it is they are likely to have it. The juices are brand name quality and they are sealed (at least the ones I am buying) unlike some shops who are mixing who knows what and printing cheezy sticker labels so they look legit. I've been to a few shops around St Charles and their staff are dirt bags honestly. One of them has a fancy shop but they have a click of people in it hanging out 24/7 who get all the staffs attention. I feel like I have two heads when I walk in there because I'm not in said click. The Superstore prices are on par for a brick and mortar store with staff vs online. I pay it due to the selection at hand and no waiting for shipping. The staff is outstanding and the pretty lady who waited on me today was very nice and went out of her way for me with zero pressure.

Melanie is an amazing employee she was so helpful I came in today and my penguin wasn't working she cleaned it up and fixed it for me . She was so patient and the selection there is incredible you gained a new customer for sure

Stopped into this store today to learn about and purchase a Vapor E Cig. Melanie walked me through the entire process and was very helpful. The store is immaculate and conveniently located. Very good experience.

Called 5 times with no answer had a few questions store associate sounded kind of rude and didn't know the own products that they sell and prices did not carry what I wanted
