Saw this little gem one day while heading home from work, thought I'd check it out and I'm very happy I did. I was attended to by Chase today, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I'm super happy with my purchase and feel I actually know how to use what I bought to get the most benefit. I would recommend this establishment to anyone, noob or vet, for many reasons, firstly the customer service is above and beyond, second the prices are great and third we should all strive to support our small business owners especially when they provide the exceptional service that I experienced today.

I lived about a mile from KB Vapors when I stumbled across this shining diamond in the rough. I was amazed by the knowledge base that was very evident as soon I walked in the door, as well as the very extensive selection of high quality glassware that can accommodate practically any need you may have. As for the newer devices such as vapes, nails, ecigs, and custom juices, YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER SELECTION AT A BETTER PRICE, period. The owner Gregg is absolutely phenomenal, and is always happy, ready, and willing to answer any questions regarding the entire product line. Gregg never has to stop to look up information, He knows his business and products inside and out. This shop is in a towering league of its own, and frankly, should be the model that other shops strive to achieve. Currently, I live in Chicago where there are vape shops EVERYWHERE, and I still order ALL my pieces from KB Vapors and have them shipped. Every time I come into town I make it a point to stop by and check out the new merch, and in fact, I've gone in with money in hand ready to buy something from the vape line, and have been turned away because he knew the products I had already purchased, and stated there was nothing in the shop that I needed and I should just use what I already had. That is a true testament to how genuine of an atmosphere you will encounter with Gregg and the rest of the staff at KB Vapors!
