Had a bad experience one day but recently Arch City Vapors has stepped up their game in the customer service department so I decided to update my review. Had an issue with some juice burning on my coil and Tom was able to take the time to look into it and do everything he could to make it right. I also previously mentioned some issues about the store upkeep and since then everything has been well stocked, faced and dusted every time I go in. It’s nice to have a local business that values customer feedback and takes steps to improve based upon that.

I went in last Monday May 14th to purchased some juice and I wanted it shipped to me. Never got my order and when I try to call nobody answers the phone. Customer service has gone down hill!!

Selection is very small there on mods batteries tanks etcetera . Housemate juice is still fantastic

What a horrible shop. Customer service is horrible the girl at the counter was very unfriendly. Been open 4yrs an don't have current supplies. How they stay open is beyond me. A little tip Arch City supply the average vapor an sell single coils. Who doesn't carry super tank coils in the st.louis area......Arch Sh*** Vapors.

I lost my ecig on a day that I couldn't go without. Was ready to upgrade anyways and Kyle came to the rescue! He was honest and answered all of the million questions I had and was happy to help! I appreciate his assistance a ton and love my new Alien mod! Thank you!!!
