I have been going to this place since it opened because "Hannah" was having one of her bipolar attacks today and I didn't Serve my country to hear a 18 year old be rude but the polite thing is to answer and put the person on hold it makes sense to me but lacy will know and this isn't the first time nor second that she has did this And I'm sure That there are more customers like me that feel the same way get rid of her and you might make some money

Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Great play area for kids and they carry pretty much everything so it's defiantly worth the drive for all my vape needs

My boyfriend and I decided to check out this store while in the area. We're familiar with the chain and are always pleased with the service at the Pearl location. The store at the Ridgeland location is much different. There were 3, I'm assuming, 18 year old kids in there just hanging out. The girl behind the counter was very rude and cold. Couldn't help but to notice the massive Trump sticker on her computer. She was kind of training one of the other guys on how to ring up merchandise. We bought our liquid and told them thanks. They didn't acknowledge us once they got our money. No "you're welcome" or your typical "have a good night." Definitely won't be revisiting this location.
