They employee a mostly friendly staff but have a smaller selection of mods and decent choices of juices. I purchased a few juices and the young lady working the counter accidentally gave me the wrong flavor for one of them. I didn't notice until the next day, and I went back to Brookhaven Vapery to try to exchange it or whatever. I understand juice sales are final, but if your employee makes a mistake, you should try to make it right rather than outright dismiss the customer. There was a different older lady working the counter that had zero concern for my issue, and was more interested in interjecting into a conversation that was going on with other patrons. I have since taken my money elsewhere.
