Love this shop. Everyone that works here is awesome. They are friendly and personable and always willing to help. It's a relaxed atmosphere and in a great location. The prices are reasonable and refunds/returns are easily done. The establishment is very clean and the products are organized and easy to find. If you can't find what you are looking for the staff helps. If they don't have it for some reason they tell you where a good alternative location would be or have suggestions for a next best product that they do carry.

Double check every single piece l very carefully cause i didn’t and I got home and I put the glass on the glass make part and it broke of course they cant do anything. I buy a 200$ piece that’s garbage now and they said there’s nothing we can do. Horrible service. Smoke dale is way better

I have absolutely loved this store for years now! When I decided to stop going to that horrible smokedale shop, these guys have come in the clutch for me as far as my tobacco needs. The store is always clean and the vibe is always upbeat and natural. The staff are just amazing! Helpful and funny! Satisfaction guaranteed.
