Update: changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 because I just called in with a few questions about some products and the guy who answered was really nice and helpful. He said he was pretty new, so hopefully that means they’ve hired on some more friendly staff—if that’s the case, and there’s more consistently good customer service like I received on the phone today, I’ll definitely start coming back to the store more regularly. Original review: Experience at this store totally depends on when you come in and who’s working at the time. Sometimes the people behind the counter are friendly and knowledgeable, happy to help. Other employees treat you like you are bothering them by walking into the store in the first place. When you happen to get the nice, helpful folks then it’s a great experience and makes you want to come back again soon. But when you happen to get the folks with an attitude, then it’s just unpleasant and makes you never want to go back. I really like a few of their juices and the price is fine so I will stop in here sometimes, but after the help I (didn’t) receive when I had an issue with a device I bought from them, plus the roll-of-the-dice customer service, I usually use this is a back-up shop for when I can’t get to my normal one.

Not the biggest selection of products or juice and the prices are a little steep compared to other shops. I tend to buy online but like to help local business when possible. The staff was super patient and helpful and they'll get my business again.
