I go WAY out of my way to visit here, usually drive the 22 miles it takes to spend my money here instead of other places if I'm able. Best selection, they can mix anything you want, and they give great recommendations if you're undecided. Great people work here.

Used to be very knowledgeable place (I don't know if any original staff are still around) but going in last week was rough and no one offered to let me try the eliquid or buy the eliquid left after 10 minutes with no purchase

Not sure about their prices or products, but their business practices are shady af. I've been buying kratom here for a while and they have a promotion that for every dollar you spend you get 1 "point" and once you get to a certain number of points you get a promotional discount based on how much you've spent, i.e. how many points you have. I've been working on building up to 1,000 points ($1,000) and when I reached that amount I received $200 off of a $250 purchase. Well imagine my surprise (not really) when I went in and was told that it was changed to something like $80 off of a $200 purchase. The very definition of "bait and switch". I've been living with chronic pain for years and kratom does help with both pain relief and reducing the amount of opioids needed, a "win-win" in my book and I urge anyone living with chronic pain or even those looking to stop opioid or heroin use. I would strongly suggest finding another retailer though as I personally believe that ethics in business practices needs to make a comeback and the only way that will happen is if we send a message to those businesses who don't operate in a manner that shows that they appreciate your business. There are a lot of places to pick up your vaping and kratom supplies...find one that is honest and honors their promotions. That is all.
