I'm sorry but i will never come here again after having the worst experience ever. The guy and the girl who works seem to know very little about vaping. The guy there was giving me a creepy vibe and no offense but he really has bad bo, the girl worker there notice the bad smell. Feel sorry for her. But overall the store is great, just the 2 workers there really kill the vibe. I would no recommend this store if you are looking to walk out pissed

I bought a coil. They gave me the wrong coil. I called back to get a refund. They won’t. So if the employee messes up, you will literally pay for it. Would not recommend. This is actually my first google review because the situation is so petty.

Been going here for a couple years, the staff is hit or miss, but the real problem here is inventory- They are consistently out of coils. Not just my first choice of coils, but my first, second, third and basically any coil that fits my mod. For weeks I will have to buy coils I don't like because they are out. Wouldn't a good manager notice that they are running out of everything and start ordering more? This happens incredibly often. Over the winter it took two months to get the coils I wanted. The asain guy working was always so rude about it too, like it was my fault I wasnt buying enough at a time, or that I wasnt getting there before they we're sold out. If your shipment comes on a Monday, you shouldn't be out by Wednesday... Order more. They've also suggested I buy a different tank that isn't so popular... How about you just make sure you have enough inventory?! Yesterday I had to buy the worst of the worst coils. A friend of mine actually bought a new tank just to get a coil... I'm done with this place. The reviews for Smokeless Smoking are fantastic, and the owner responds to them and seems really attentive to customers needs! It's just up the road from this place and I will be checking them out today. This was the first e-cig shop I went to when I moved to Bloomington, so I never knew what else was around. Unfortunately, they are forcing me to check out their competitor down the road, and I have a feeling I won't be coming back.

I was not offered a chance to try anything... I was rushed out it felt like it may have been a little late but i got a juice that i cant stand the flavor burns i have cut it down as much as i can with straight 100% vg by over half and its still is just horable i spent 24 dollers on if called the store this morning and they wont even do anything but give me anything but a bottle of 0 nic ........wont even give me half off on a sm bottle 15 ml bottle of anything ........ Not a good way to get and keep customers
