I don't usually do reviews, but i bought a Nectar Collector from them yesterday. Brought it back this morning due to a broken mouth piece that i hadn't noticed when purchasing the display Item. And was told by a long haired representative that, "There is really nothing we can do about broken glass. If you bought it broken too bad for you." I was very upset by this customer service. If you have broken pieces, sell them at discounted prices and mention the flaw to the customer. I've never had to take a piece back, and I've never had a problem with this location before. That being said, (To the employees: don't handle a similar situation like this again with such little care and rudeness. Take care of your customers and your customers will take care of you) This situation was most certainly the companies problem and they did NOT help in any sort of proper business manner.

Displays and set up are nice and the store is kept clean. One worker in particular, short dude with long hair has ZERO customer service skills and quite literally turned me away from a sale because of how short-rude and unhelpful he was. BRO, smoke shops are supposed to have this untold, friendly-smoker element to them that keep the customers coming back. There's none of that with this store. I'll support smaller local shops instead from now on, it's that easy.
