Hey 2 years ago I wouldn't be caught dead up there because the staff before was so uninformed I knew more about nails, glassware and Rigs. The new staff is a million times better. The gentleman with the Alice in wonderland and Sally from nightmare before Christmas always remembers me, he knows about smoking. He isn't just a nephew of the owner or something whose never smoked or Vaped once like before. I'm impressed

Knowledgeable staff, prices on vape stuff and juices have gone way down as of late so they're generally pretty fair vs. ordering online, wide selection of glass, tanks, mods, juices, almost anything you might need. Staff will take care of you if you have any issues

Very poor quality service. Bad attitude, could careless if you buy there products or not but they will be happy to direct you to a book to read for hours about unknown products that only the know anything about but won't tell you. I guess unknown products are just suppose to sell themselves simply because they are sitting on a shelf. Not to mention they have absolutely no sellection for vape juices and very limited inventory.
