I just went to Mr Vapor in South Lyon (5/29/2018) for the first time for a friend that works late and couldn't go herself. I didn't know what I really needed to get so I just showed him a picture and Liam knew exactly what I needed. He was very courteous and helpful. After reading some of the bad reviews I didn't know what to expect when I walked in the door. I would recommend that store to anyone. Liam said that they just got a few new employees and they let a few go, so no worries folks.

Bought a HIRO ecig to quit smoking. A week and a half later it stopped charging. So today I went back and bought ANOTHER one. Got home and the new one wasn't working right. Basically you had to hit it 10x harder than the original one I bought to have it work. Took it back within 20 minutes because it was defective. The sales person refused to replace it with a new one stating that since it worked it wasn't defective even though I showed him it didn't work right. When something doesn't work right, it's defective. It wasn't until I got angry and said I'd never come back there then he replaced it. I took the new one (third times a charm) and tested it. It worked right and he saw it. They need to work on their definition of defective.

I’ve been shopping here since they’ve opened. The staff are super chill and friendly. Multiple TVs in the lounge area, and there’s usually an Xbox or something hooked up. Tables with outlets in them so you can charge your batteries. The glass selection is pretty small, but that’s to be expected because it’s a smaller store.

the manager there is awesome, knows his stuff and always tries to help. tells you how it is and gets along great with his customers. the other guy does a fantastic job as well. I'm in there all the time love this place.
