I went in over the weekend to get an RDA because I’ve always wanted to get into it. One of the workers named Jacob helped me with everything to know with RDAs and even showed me how to build coils for it and how to wick it properly. He spent an hour or two helping me and answering every question I had about it. Definitely going to be going here more just because of him!

I wrote the previous review in regards to the poor customer service that my husband and I received by Cody B. on February 28th. This review is in regards to Jacob who had waited on us previously. Jacob is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He spent time with us and gave us tips on the device that we purchased. He let us sample the flavors and was patient with us explaining everything to us. We liked him so much and the device we purchased from him that it made us go back for a second device. Unfortunately, that was when we had the misfortune to have been helped by Cody B. (that was the name on our receipt) who was very rude. I do know that if we ever go back we will request the help of Jacob and walk out if we have to deal with Cody B. But Jacob is awesome!

An amazing vape store stictly vape...would recommend that everyone should go here to get anything vape...clean establishment and very friendly and helpful employees if you need vape this is the place to go
