Brooks and the staff are always very helpful with anything i need/ any question i have. good juice for a good price! Definitely the only vape store i would recommend!

I travel a bit further to this location due to Brooks' expertise. I was a bit unsure about making the switch from smoking to vaping and I had some poor experiences at other vaping shops. There seems to be a air of condescension at some places which had me walking out and getting another pack of cigarettes. Not the case at this Niles location. Brooks advised me on several options. He answered all my newbie questions with interest and care. I have been cigarette free for 2 yrs now.

Great customer service, Brooks answered all my questions, was very patient, took his time explaining everything and he was also very knowledgeable about the products. Will definitely return to the Niles store for future purchases.
