Being that I've been a customer of Rustic Vapor for the past few years, their prices and services are usually decent. I went in tonight to pick up some juice with a friend of mine. My friend noticed an interesting mod on the table alongside a couple others, he then picks it up asking the employee about it but only got a reply of "I don't appreciate it when people touch things that aren't theirs." my friend was confused at this point and made the suggestion that a personal mod shouldn't be on display alongside other similar products. The only reply he received was a lecture on common courtesy. So unless you want your understanding of common courtesy to be questioned when inquiring about a product, I would consider other shops.

Whoever the guy was that was working the day I was there had zero interest in helping me, even though I was new to vaping and kind of excited about it. He had friends in the store sitting around vaping with him, and he was DEFINITELY more interested in chatting with them than answering my questions. Reluctantly I bought a vape pen and some liquid for it, the pen leaked all over my purse the 2nd day I had it. Won't go back to this store no matter how desperate I may be!
