Fadi and Ronnie are the best. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a New device and it stopped working a few days after I bought it. Went back to the store and Fadi and Ronnie took care of the problem right away. I didn't have to spend a penny out of my pocket. They gained a customer for life!!

All sales final no warranty or standing behind products rude people no help only want a sale returns with receipt denied because battery was used....um yeah I tried it how else would I know it don't work. ..other smoke shops stand by their products not wild bills if I could give negative stars I would beware of them ripping you off just go somewhere else that has a staff that's cares...I spend hundreds here but they can't replace a 6 day old battery ...unamerican
