I bought a vape kit here, a mod and a tank. The mod malfunctioned and stopped working after a few hours of use. I brought the device back twice to see if they could help me diagnose the problem, but they were unable to help. The manufacturer of the device told me to first attempt to resolve the issue with the retailer. I went in for a final time, a few days later, the clerk informed me that the best they could do was give me 40% off to purchase the same device again. Not only did I buy a faulty product from them that could have lead to a more serious malfunction, their only remedy for my troubles and expense was for me to give them more money for a working version of the device. I would have returned as a customer time and time again had this situation been resolved differently.

Worked here for a bunch of racists. They told me to watch for minorities passing fake bills especially Arab gentalman.

The staff at this business are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. They have a nice selection of pipes and glassware, as well as vape batteries, chambers, etc. I've bought a few things from them and when I've had questions about other products, they helped me with my questions even when it meant I wouldn't be buying something from them.
