I had a bad experience at a different vape shop so I tried Kalamazoo Vapor and I am not disappointed at all. All the guys who work here are professional and friendly. I just bought a new Zenith cig and it’s amazing. The guys showed me how to use it and explained everything to me. The juice is priced well. I’m very happy with Kalamazoo Vapor and will be going back.

Excellent this is my ultimate and is the very very best and most friendly place to go for all your vape needs ..this guys are so nice and extremely helpful. They always have my favorite vape juice.. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't been here....

The only place I go! If you're a first time buyer they'll guide you towards what you'll want/need. Customer service is beyond exceptional. The mgr has been there fot 4+ years (that I know of, maybe more) and always says hi! Makes me feel appreciated. You walk in the door and they'll say hello, but not make you feel rushed to make a purchase.

I came to the store looking for help with a mechanical mod and to get some E-liquid. I was greeted and helped by Kaden and he was able to help me resolve my issue in less than 5 mins and inform me how to fix it at home if it ever happened agian. Super cool staff, tasty E-liquids, great competitive prices, chill atmosphere! Will definitely be returning to this location.

I normally go to the Holland, mi store but was visiting family in Kalamazoo & in need of a coil. I’ve always had a good experience in Holland with the staff & am happy to report I had the same at this location. The young men working were very friendly & informative. I highly recommend 👍

Just spent over $130 in store ,kid working the counter would not help me set up my tank would not recommend what type of juice I needed. I will never spend another dime in this shop or would I tell anyone to go there. If they have helpful people there, they must of had the day off. Stay away is my review

I quit somking cigarettes 5+ years ago. Haven't turned back since I've started vaping. Thanks to kalamazoo vap shop for their low prices. Sure beets $8 a pac of cigarettes any day. Still vapping and only using 3 mg of nicotine; better than what a cigarette gives you. Thanks KVS!
