I have been buying my juice at Mr. E’s on Division in Kentwood for a couple years because they have the best juice and a very knowledgeable friendly staff. Today I was reminded exactly of how great their staff is! I purchased a Smok V8 device at another store that has been leaking constantly since I got it a week ago. The store that I bought it from refused to do much to stand by the product they sold me. I brought it in to Mr. E’s and Ryan went above and beyond trying to fix my problem! He took the time to help me change the seals on it and find the right coil which I did not receive with it in the first place. He was extremely kind and helpful! Service like what Mr.E’s provides is hard to find in this day and age!

Awesome all the way around , excellent customer service and people it's a real family feel when you deal with the Mel Family , check them out for yourself ! And thank you so much Dan , Russ , Eric , Dennis , Cindy , Dale , Clayton , Nick Ect. Everyone that makes Mister E-s more than just a Vape Shop , I'm proud to be a member of the MEL Family , and may I suggest having a yearly MEL Family appreciation day Cookout or something , that way customers and employees could Mingle outside of the work place :) ! Amazing juice!!!! Best in the state! Staff can be a little fake and overwhelming. Seems less like they want to help and more like they want you to walk out with a 100 dollar rig. Hunter is the only one whose never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. But like i said best juice in the state!!!! Cant help employees personalities i get that.

Great experience! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Walked me threw everything as someone completely new to vaping, they hooked me up! Taught me about the different liquids, mods, and tanks. They offer a military discount on top of the holiday discount. I highly recommend coming her for all your vapeing needs.

Been coming here since their.doors were opened. Couldn't be happier. We can order online and have it sent directly to us so we can avoid the 45 minute drive there. The juices are the best we've seen, tasted, investigated. Hardware is always cheaper online (unfortunately) but you really need to buy everything at one place.
