Bought a mod and tank the other day. Tank I purchase was the Prince model. The tank constantly leaked so o took it back. The service was good Brandon really tried to help. He even stated that the coil wasn't threading properly at one point. He called someone to get further help and I was told I couldn't return it due to it not being a manufacture defect. So they screwed me on that one. I was offered 20% off on another one I was in need so I purchased. Tried various juices as well and the first 4 I asked for they did not have. Poor business practice to have flavor samples you do not have in stock. All in all owner doesn't back up his products and for that I likely won't return.

Decent prices, college and military discounts, nice employees, reward tracking, and promotions. Some good flavors (try Sweet tarts, you wont regret it). No reason not to 5 star it.
