I quit smoking more times than I can count over the course of 30+ years! It was A Clean Cigarette that finally led me to sustained success! For me it is not only a nicotine addiction, but also a physical habit. This product provides both, without tobacco. No more stinky cigarette smell, no more trying to hide my disgusting habit, and no more smokers cough. I am tobacco free! Not only is this an exceptional product, the customer service at the Ann Arbor store is outstanding. Fahad is very helpful, encouraging, and informed about his product.

Wife works here and this is the best business values I have ever come across in my life. The owner is very special you dont come across many people who shine greatness. ABSOLUTE BEST BUSINESS AROUND! There customer service is the highest quality i have ever seen. They dont just take care of their employees they take care of the employees families. Everyone that smokes should turn to this place. I love A Clean Cigarette. I've been smoking their electronic cigarette for almost two years and they've really helped me quit smoking regular cigarettes. It took me a month or so before I was able to make the switch fully but now it's all I smoke. The health benefits are great, I don't cough and I can run just fine without my lungs hurting anymore. The customer service is phenomenal, both Fahad and Rita are really nice. They take really good care of me whenever I've had issues with my battery, or if I have any issues, they're happy to take care of me, I always enjoy the conversations that I have when I stop in to buy more cartridges too. Overall, I'm very happy with this company and I would highly recommend it to anyone who's trying to quit smoking. I don't smell of cigarettes anymore, I'm saving a bunch of money as well and I'm supremely satisfied with my decision to make the switch to electronic cigarettes!

I have been using the product for most of two years and I can report I no longer have any desire to use conventional burning tobacco. The last time I tried real cigs, when I was out of cartridges and the store was closed, I felt nauseous, as if I had never smoked. A Clean Cigarette is also cheaper than conventional tobacco. The product has a safety feature in that the batteries are designed to turn off in case they start to heat up, which should avoid the two main safety risks that have been associated with e-cigarettes, namely 1) propylene glycol, the main ingredient in the "vape" can turn into harmful formaldehyde if overheated (but, from what I've read, even if this happens e-cigs are safer than tobacco smoke) and 2) in rare cases, in brands without safety features, the battery can explode or start a fire. My only complaint turns out to be that when the e-cig cartidge is new, it is very satisying to puff on, but as you continue to use it, it delivers less nicotine. So you are tempted to switch out the cartridge before it is actually finished. I am advised you can sidestep this by "packing" the e-cig: hold it vertically with the battery facing down and tap it a few times on the table or countertop.
