This place of great to place to hang out atm to buy new mods and juices. Really an awesome atmosphere. The Employees are very knowledgeable with the product they sell.

I am a regular here and absolutely LOVE this place. The owners, Krista and Chris, are incredibly knowledgeable and are a HUGE help. My favorite thing about them is that their number one priority is the customer and the customer’s needs. They’re very truthful about whether they like or dislike a product they have and always help you find the right products to fit your needs. This is by far the best vape shop I have ever come to. Ever since I started vaping I have come here, and now know all about RDA’s and can build my own setups. They are incredibly warm hearted people and always look to give the customer the best experience possible. Please stop in if you’re in the Southwick/West Springfield area!

My opinion may be biased as I'm an employee here at the vape bar escape in Southwick but I can assure you we know what we are doing for the better part of 3 years now I've been vaping and never believed I'd be where I am today the vape bar escape here in Southwick and ofcourse it's predecessor in West Springfield have always been my go shop from about 2 weeks after I started I walked in one day and never looked back a couple months later they took me in to there family showed me the ropes and gave me a permanent home family and workplace I enjoy what I do as a matter of fact we all really enjoy what we do so it should go without saying that we don't go into making your juice or your customer service with a we don't care take it and go attitude all of our staff will be more than happy to sit down talk you through any flavors any mods any tanks any rda anything you may need or think you may need let us help you help yourself in the end that's all we are here for. With all that being said it's absolutely a 5 star shop because me and my coworkers strive to make it as such... don't believe me? Well come on down and see me personally then ☺️
