Came in with a broken goon. Guy behind the counter saved my day. Believe he said his name was Eric. Young kid very helpful. I will be back.

Very disappointed with this business. I walked in and discussed buying an item from the store with the owner. He was awesome and discussed a couple of different options with the devices he had. However, he informed me that they didn't have the item I wanted in stock. I was told the item was ordered and would be there in 2-3 days. It has now been over two weeks and the item has still not arrived. I have called handful of times to hear stories of how the snow storm delayed the shipment. Mind you the storm came more than a week after the item was to be in the store. Also, there are two stores.I was then told the item has finally arrived but it is at the other location. You think that someone may pick up the phone to make arrangements for the item to be brought over to this location. Yet, here I am without the product.

Felt very rushed and was given the wrong flavor at checkout. I asked for a menthol flavor 3mg nicotine and was given non menthol. I even asked asked again at checkout to confirm this was the menthol and the cashier said yes so he could get to the next customer. Know you're own products.
