The employees were very helpful, all of them were very knowledgeable about the products and answered as well as adhered to all my needs and have the best service I have ever had at a smoke shop. Highly recommend you stop by here if you want excellent service as well as a friendly, laid back environment.

All sales are final, but you won't realize this until after you've made your purchase and want to return or exchange an item. Everything in the store is WAY to pricey for them not to have a return policy in place. Pretty shady business if you ask me, having people pay way too much for a limited selection of inadequate products that they cannot return when unsatisfied. There are plenty of smoke shops in Boston don't waste your time here when there are many that are much better and more fair.
